From the softball pitch to the football field right down to the Truman Bodden Complex. At a very young age, sports have always been my passion. Being an active person for many years in various sports, softball has been the ultimate passion that has succeeded in my adult years. It was during this time that Cayman manage to meet the criteria to compete in an Olympic qualifying game which was held in Puerto Rico. I was successful in being shortlisted to represent Cayman on the international front in those games. Several years later, Cayman hosted a tournament which was supported by various other islands that partook in that tournament. After several years of playing, a much-needed break happened where I returned to the sport in 2021 after COVID lockdown. My comeback to the sport as a playing member with the association, which took me by surprise that I was appointed the position of secretary of the Cayman Softball Association in 2022. We have recently partaken in the NIST tournament, held in FT. Lauderdale, Florida where the ladies Softball team won the championship which I maintained my position as being a player on that team.
