I started playing softball at the age of 9, when the Little League was stationed at George Hicks High School. The field was crowded with fans & kids of all ages. I’ve played other sports, like soccer, cricket, squash and even volleyball. My real passion was softball. As I got older, I transitioned into Baseball for as long as the program allowed me to play. In late 2004 and early 2005, I played softball in Canada in a little town called Revelstoke, only to move back home to play COED for ALT Hammer. I was then able to create my own team, taking them to many finals and even winning the B division in 2015. I’ve dedicated time to becoming an umpire, coach, assistant coach and head coach. I was then approached about playing in the Men’s league in 2017 to play for a team called Caribenos, I was then able to be the captain/coach of the Cayman team in the Cayman Softball Association League. I’ve been nominated as the President of the association in early 2022, where my team and I strive to make the association better for all ages locally and internationally.
The team decided that their Captain & Coach Donald Paddyfoot deserved the cool down after winning the B League Championship.
